A global pandemic where a super-moon activated a latent genetic trait, turning anyone exposed to the moonlight into violent werewolves and killing a billion people. One year later, with another super-moon approaching, scientists and military vets race to test a cure before all-out chaos resumes.
So a global lycanthropy Pandemic occurs and that happens once a year? And this is the first anniversary of the first? I understand the concept, but the story itself was not executed properly. I fell asleep so many times in the 1st & 2nd act. The acting was very bad and stiff, besides Frank Grillo and Lou Diamond Phillips. The one liners did made me chuckle, because of how serious the main character trying to be while saying bite me 🤣. Great werewolf transformations for this film’s budget, Werewolf designs was good & practical. Sidenote, calling a possible preventive serum MoonScreen was a really dumb name. 🤣
