Mercenary Frank Martin (Jason Statham) has accepted a job that seems easy enough, as chauffeur and bodyguard to young Jack (Hunter Clary), son of crusading politician Jefferson Billings (Matthew Modine). The problem is that Billings is crusading against an international drug cartel. They retaliate by kidnapping Jack and infecting him with a deadly and highly contagious virus. Responsible for the boy, Frank must reclaim him and then find an antidote before scores of innocents are stricken.

Let’s move along to T2. Slightly bigger budget and explosions. Now, I feel like frank is so good at his job that trouble just follows. This one was more James Bonnie than the first film. The fight scenes are still good, but nothing is better than the original. The villains are so cliche and not in a good way. Good setting now being in Miami, I guess the first one was a bigger hit in the states. A-lot of defying gravity moments (With style of course) that was bonkers, again that’s what they going for right….right? Lol
