The Transporter

When breaking your own rules go bad.

Ex-Special Forces operator Frank Martin (Jason Statham) lives what seems to be a quiet life along the French Mediterranean, hiring himself out as a mercenary transporter who moves goods - human or otherwise - from one place to another. No questions asked. Dangerous complications ensue when he is hired to kidnap the feisty daughter of a lethal Chinese crime lord who's smuggling his fellow countrymen into France.

Haven’t seen this one in a while. This the flick that catapult Jason Statham's career as an action star. I forgot how french this movie was, with the dope soundtrack. Also didn’t know Luc Besson co-wrote and produced this film. This is one of those action films with a formalized pace within its story. The action and fight scenes is what won the audience over. I Always ask the question how they knew he opened the package? Also, I caught a few beyond the law a physics moments, but I’m guessing that’s where the Flair lies.
