Dope issue told from the perspective a Hale’s demise as the cities tyrant on the mutants. Nice to see the city backing up the turtles for a change, that’s pretty rare. Ms. Casey jones getting the evidence and saving the day was dope as well. Next issue looks like it’s an all out street brawl and I can’t wait.
