One battle after another

Bob is a washed-up revolutionary who lives in a state of stoned paranoia, surviving off-grid with his spirited and self-reliant daughter, Willa. When his evil nemesis resurfaces and Willa goes missing, the former radical scrambles to find her as both father and daughter battle the consequences of their pasts.

Good solid human story and dope cast. Very close to our current climate in the world today. Sad when it needs to be and also humorous at times, all while being a solid thriller. Very much a type of film that will be talked about. Directing and writing was very on point by Paul Thomas Anderson. One of the best films this year, give it a watch.
