After the loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace with her in-laws in their secluded family home. As one by one they are transformed into Deadites--turning the gathering into a family reunion from hell--she comes to discover that the vows she took in life live on... even in death.

Decent entry to the franchise, Even tho rise was better. I like the drama within this weird family of in-laws. Protagonist felt reminiscent of the character from ready or not in a certain characteristic, but that’s ok. She took all day to ash it up, (Get into survival mode). These Deadites had super strength and the ability to boil things to heated temperatures which was cool. The humor was not there, compared to the OG series. I think that’s what these previous entries are missing, the comedy. A problem with the movie with me is when a character makes a dumbass choice in the film. I smack my teeth loud at that certain point in the film. One other thing I like, but it’s a spoiler. (It’s the reason why this is happening to this particular family). The MacGuffin if you will. I liked that. Two ending credits one I liked, the other…..I just don’t understand. I guess that was for the fans, but I did not like it. Hopefully Wrath, is a better entry to this series whenever it comes out.
