A washed-up former baseball player in 1990s NYC. After watching his neighbor's cat, Hank gets entangled in a violent, drug-fueled underworld struggle, hunted by ruthless criminals searching for a lost item. 

Maybe it’s me, but the plot is odd because everyone going at this dude for just being….the neighbor? Dope cast and setting, I just had the issue with the criminals and the misunderstanding as a plot. I wish the protagonist was at least more involved as being apart of the actual cause of these events that happen in this movie. Instead of random bad luck, the movie is called caught stealing. I just feel like this movie could have hit harder is all. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel the same way?
